4-Hour Layover Tour: Beijing Hutong and Wangfujing Street

Meet your guide at Beijing Capital Airport and begin your city tour by transferring to visit a nearby Hutong by foot. Small lanes or alleys about 30 feet (9m) wide were called Hutongs during the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368). The longest Hutong in Beijing has more than 20 turns. If you wish to have a meal (at your own expense) during the tour, your guide can give you advice and transport you to a local restaurant. The last stop on the tour is a visit to Wangfujing, the largest pedestrian street in Beijing where you can enjoy a variety of snacks or do some shopping (at your own expense). You will be transferred back to Beijing Airport at the end of the guided 4-hour tour.
