Get picked up from your hotel in the morning. You’ll immediately embark on a trip through Colombia’s past, offering a chance to immerse yourself in the country’s ancient Muisca culture.

You’ll head to the Gold Museum, where you’ll get to discover the site’s more than 34,000 pieces of jewelry from various Hispanic cultures, among which is the outstanding ‘EL Dorado Raft.’

Then continue through the north of Bogotá along the Sabana to the old Muisca town of Sesquile (which means “hot water” in the Chibcha language). Have lunch in a traditional and typical restaurant on the banks of Lake Tominé, where you can choose from the best of Colombian cuisine.
