Half-Day Rice Farm Day Trip

Our guide will arrive at your hotel and we'll start the tour by biking to the countryside through the rice paddies. Enjoy the fresh air and scenery. Meet a local farmer, and listen to their stories about local farming daily life over a cup of tea right at the middle of the rice paddy.

Put on some farming clothes and get right into the muddy rice field. In addition to local farmers clothes, you'll be sporting a conical hat and boots. Listen to the tour guide introduce and explain about the process of how rice is grown. After your guide's lesson, try your hand a farmwork and practice with a water buffalo plow. Transplant baby wet rice at the rice paddy field. Enjoy riding a water buffalo at a small pond at the rice farm before having a local meal with the local farmers at their house. After your meal return to your hotel.
