Stop At: Boh's Tea Centre, Sungei Palas Garden, 39100 Malaysia

The view from the protruding platform, as you sip tea, specially built for tourists by this caring tea plantation opens up to a grand scenery of greenery. Most mesmerizing encounter. The BOH tea plantation works closely with the WWF and the Malaysian Nature Society in the conservation of our endangered elephants, tigers and Orang Utan. Proceeds from their tea cafe which sells various teas, partially goes towards this conservation effort. A noble deed indeed ! It is a 1,200 hectares of undulating land and it produces 4 million kg of tea every year. Its owned by Sir John Russell since 1929.

Stop At: Cameron Highlands Butterfly Garden, 43rd Milestone Green Cow Malaysia

A secret paradise of butterflies and insects dancing on scented flowers and ferns. A Farm tour has been arranged where the guide will explain in detail the habitats of the insects as in scorpions, rhinoceros beetles etc.

You can hand pick fresh strawberries from the farm for a fee.

A walkabout tour of the vegetable market which showcases the variety of vegetables grown in the Cameron Highlands. A market place that is packed with locals buying fresh vegetables at a bargain.

A photo shoot of the Cascading waterfalls where locals go for picnics during weekends and public holidays. In the vicinity, Souvenirs, tribal handicrafts, strange herbs and aphrodisiacs are available.

The aborigines are scattered all over the Camerons and we make a stop to watch a blowpipe demonstration and an insight of their lifestyle. The rainforest is their supermarket and they live care free lives. Some of them have assimilated into society and are working in the hotels and farms nearby. You are allowed to enter their houses for photo shoots.

Ladies must be properly attired to enter the Batu Caves Temple. The temple requirements being the upper and lower parts of the body to be covered when inside the temple only.
Of late traffic has been a nightmare in the Camerons. Please do not book on Weekends and public holidays.
Drive time each way is 3 1/2 hours
