Begin your 1.5-hour self-guided tour with an overview of world beer history before moving on to the 'golden age' of Czech beer brewing to the present day. Next, discover the magic behind the scenes of making Czech beer in the brewery and model malt house. Experience the real smell of hops and malt then go underground to the 13th-century cellars. See what a cooper shop looked like and how ice was dug for and stored before cooling was invented.
