Stop At: Andong Hahoe Folk Village, Hahoe-ri, Pungcheon-myeon, Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do South Korea

You'll be picked up from your hotel in the morning and taken by air-conditioned coach through Andong (aprx. 3.5hrs ride from Central Seoul to Andong). Driving through UNESCO World Heritage-listed Hahoe Folk Village, a traditional village from the Joseon Dynasty.

Stop At: Byeongsanseowon Confucian Academy, 30, Byeongsan-ri, Pungcheon-myeon, Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do 760-812 South Korea

At first, this Seowon(a local private school) was located in Pungsan-hyeon, with the name of "Pungak Seodang" for teaching local Confucianists since Goryeo Age. In 1572(5th year of Seonjo) Master Seoae Ryu Seongryong moved it to the present location.

Stop At: Hahoe Mask Museum, 287, Hahoe-ri, Pungcheon-myeon, Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do 760-810 South Korea

The museum not only displays Hahoe masks, but also other traditional masks from all over the world. Tour the museum with your guide and learn about what each different mask represents, as well as the history of mask dances.
